true 表示啟用重新導向，否則為 false。

未啟用此模式時，模組將不會起始 WS-Federation 通訊協定重新導向。如果此屬性為 true，則必須 Issuer 將屬性設定為安全性令牌服務的 URL， (STS) 呼叫端應該重新導向至該 URL。

警告

不論屬性的值PassiveRedirectEnabled為何，應用程式程式代碼都可以使用 SignIn 方法明確發出 WS-Federation 登入要求。
