属性 Description 通常是一个字符串，用于提供部件控件列表的目录，并在部件控件的标题栏中用作工具提示。 将鼠标指针放在部件控件的 Description 标题栏中的标题文本上时，工具提示中的内容会显示在工具提示中。 工具提示文本是从 属性的值 DisplayTitle 创建的，后跟连字符，后跟 Description 属性值。
