此属性的初始值派生自 控制面板 中的区域和语言选项中的设置。 但是，该信息在 的生命周期内 AppDomain可能会更改。 类 PersianCalendar 不会自动检测系统设置中的更改。 如果区域和语言选项不支持日历，则此属性的初始值为日历类定义的默认值。
应用程序应将此值设置为 99，以指示按字面量采用 2 位年份。 例如，如果此属性设置为 99，则 100 年的范围为 0 (对于) 到 99 的大多数日历来说不是有效值。 因此，30 的 2 位值被解释为 30。
