構成ファイルを使用していずれかの ServiceDebugElement 機能を有効または無効にするには、以下を行う必要があります。

WCF サービスの service 要素に動作構成属性を追加します。エンドポイントの動作は endpoint 要素で構成し、サービスの動作は service 要素で構成します。
serviceBehaviors セクションを作成し、手順 1. の behaviorConfiguration 属性値に対応する名前を持つ動作要素を追加します。
serviceDebug 要素を手順 2. の動作要素に追加し、必要に応じてさまざまなプロパティを有効または無効にします。
