Comentarios

Dado que el PageIndexChanging evento se produce antes de que el GridView control realice la operación de paginación, no se puede usar la PageIndex propiedad del control para determinar el índice de la página seleccionada por el usuario. Utilice la NewPageIndex propiedad para determinar el índice de la página seleccionada por el usuario.

Nota

Durante el PageIndexChanging evento, la PageIndex propiedad todavía contiene el índice de la página mostrada anteriormente.

También puede usar esta propiedad para invalidar mediante programación el índice de página seleccionado por el usuario si lo establece en otro valor.
