Called when null is returned from the GetExistingInstanceContext(Message, IContextChannel) method.

Remarks

InitializeInstanceContext is called when GetExistingInstanceContext returns null and a new InstanceContext object is created. This method is called to notify you that a new InstanceContext has been created.
