Positions the iterator to the next following node.
This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

true if the iterator was set to the next following node; otherwise, false.
Remarks
If the iterator was set to the next following node, the MoveNext method sets the Current property to the current result navigator; otherwise, the Current property remains unchanged.
