Positions the iterator on the next namespace node.
This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

true if the next namespace node exists; otherwise, false.
Remarks
If the next namespace node exists, the MoveNext method sets the Current property to the current result navigator; otherwise, the Current property remains unchanged.
