IXFeedFolder::TotalItemCount Method

Returns the total number of items.

Syntax

HRESULT TotalItemCount(
    UINT *puiTotalItemCount
);

Parameters

  • puiTotalItemCount
    [out] Pointer to an unsigned integer variable that receives the total item count.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.

Remarks

The value returned from IXFeedFolder::TotalItemCount is an aggregate of all the feeds in the current folder and its subfolders.

This property returns a cached value and does not require access to any feed files.
