On Pocket PC, downloaded .cab files use a .dat file to store the installation instruction set instead of XML.

The Pocket PC CAB Installer WCELOAD.exe is used for .cab files on Pocket PC.

Note   The installation of .cpf files on Pocket PC is handled by the XML-based Smartphone CAB Installer application WCELOAD.exe renamed WCELOADSP.exe on Pocket PC.
