Starting with the .NET Framework 2.0, we recommend that you create XmlReader instances by using the XmlReader.Create method to take advantage of new functionality.
This method also releases any resources held while reading. If this reader was constructed using a stream, this method also calls Close
on the underlying stream.
If Close
has already been called, no action is performed.
