This method is not supported in Windows Embedded CE.
Syntax

Parameters
- hwndParent
[in] Handle to the content parent window.
- fAllowAudio
[in] VARIANT_TRUE to allow audio tuning; VARIANT_FALSE otherwise.
- fAllowVideo
[in] VARIANT_TRUE to allow video tuning; VARIANT_FALSE otherwise.
Return Value
This method returns E_NOTIMPL.
Note
Not supported in Windows Embedded CE.
