Gets the validated XML element or attribute's value as a Boolean.

Exceptions
The validated XML element or attribute's value is not in the correct format for the Boolean type.
The attempted cast to Boolean is not valid.
Remarks
The ValueAsBoolean property attempts to convert the value of the validated XML element or attribute to the .NET Boolean type according to the XPath 2.0 rules for casting the item's type.
