LineCaps.SupportsTextureMapping Property

[This documentation is for preview only, and is subject to change in later releases. Blank topics are included as placeholders.]

Specifies whether the device supports texture mapping on lines.

Namespace:  Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DirectX.Direct3D
Assembly:  Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DirectX (in Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DirectX.dll)

Syntax

'Declaration
Public ReadOnly Property SupportsTextureMapping As Boolean
    Get
'Usage
Dim instance As LineCaps
Dim value As Boolean

value = instance.SupportsTextureMapping
public bool SupportsTextureMapping { get; }
public:
property bool SupportsTextureMapping {
    bool get ();
}
member SupportsTextureMapping : bool

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the device supports texture mapping; otherwise, false.

Remarks

Term mapping is the application of a texture to an object. Because a texture is a flat image and the object is often not, the texture must be mapped to the surface of the object, using texture coordinates and wrapping flags.
