Multiple Check-out

Each development environment is different and has its own requirements and optimum configuration. Team Foundation Server includes flexible options for source control, including the ability for multiple people to check out the same file. This feature can be disabled if it is not desired in a particular environment.

Multiple check-out is managed under Team Project Settings in Visual Studio 2005.
