ApplicationRegistry.GetLobSystemInstancesLikeName Method

Gets the LobSystemInstance objects that have names that match the specified string.

Parameters

  • nameQuery
    Type: System.String
    A string that often consists of wildcards. It is used to construct the SQL "LIKE" query to be run against the back-end application.

Return Value

Type: Microsoft.Office.Server.ApplicationRegistry.Administration.LobSystemInstanceCollection
A collection of LobSystemInstance objects whose names match the specified pattern.

Remarks

LIKE allows you to do a search based on a pattern rather than specifying exactly the names of the LobSystemInstance objects.

Examples

The following code example shows you how to create a method, complete with method instances, filter descriptors, default values, and type descriptors for the ProductModel entity in the AdventureWorks2000 database.
