This event occurs when a new stream begins loading.

Remarks

Because of stream buffering, this event can occur before the Windows Media Player control begins playback.

Version: Windows Media Player version 6.4.

Library: Use msdxm.ocx.

Platform: Windows 98 Second Edition or higher.
