IVPBaseConfig::SetDDSurfaceKernelHandles (Windows CE 5.0)

This method sets the kernel handles to be used by the DirectDraw surface.

HRESULT SetDDSurfaceKernelHandles(DWORDcHandles,
  DWORD*rgDDKernelHandles);

Parameters

  • cHandles
    [in] Handles to set.
  • rgDDKernelHandles
    [in] Pointer to DirectDraw kernel-level surface handles.

Return Values

Returns an HRESULT value that depends on the implementation of the interface.

HRESULT can include one of the following, or other values not listed.

Value Description
E_FAIL Failure.
E_INVALIDARG Invalid argument.
NOERROR The specified handle is set successfully.

Remarks

This method sets the DirectDraw handles on the minidriver to enable it to communicate with the video port directly.

Requirements

DirectShow applications and DirectShow filters have different include file and link library requirements.

OS Versions: Windows CE 2.12 and later. Version 2.12 requires DXPAK 1.0 or later.
