Remote Spy

Remote Spy displays messages received by windows associated with applications running on a target device. To display messages in the Remote Spy tool, you must first connect to a target device with Platform Manager. For more information about connecting to a target device with Platform Manager, see Application Connectivity.

Remote Spy displays a list of the windows that are open on a target device. In a separate window, the tool displays information about the messages in the message queue for the selected window.

As a read-only utility, Remote Spy does not alter the functionality of any application. However, it may negatively affect the performance of the target device.
