Windows Thin Client is a minimal version of Microsoft Windows CE that includes the Catalog items necessary to support a Remote Desktop device, including a constrained shell and Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). OS designers can easily create a Windows Thin Client by choosing the Windows Thin Client OS design template in the New Platform Wizard. For more information, see How to Develop a Thin Client.
