EWF Fails to Add the PnP (User mode) Component

Description

EWF is dependent on the PnP (User-mode) component. However, sometimes the PnP (User-mode) component is not automatically added to the system when you run a dependency check.

Resolution

Manually add the PnP (User-mode) component to your run-time image. For more information, see Adding a Component to a Configuration in Windows XP Embedded Studio Help.
