FSDMGR_WriteDisk (Windows CE 5.0)

This function writes sectors to a disk. It is called by an FSD.

DWORD FSDMGR_WriteDisk( HDSKhDsk,DWORD dwSector,DWORD cSectors,PBYTE pBuffer,DWORD cbBuffer);

Parameters

  • hDsk
    [in] Handle to the disk; this is the same value that was passed to FSD_MountDisk. This handle is not a true Win32 handle.
  • dwSector
    [in] Starting sector number.
  • cSectors
    [in] Number of sectors to write.
  • pBuffer
    [in] Pointer to the buffer that contains the data to write to the disk.
  • cbBuffer
    [in] Size of the buffer, in bytes.

Return Values

ERROR_SUCCESS indicates success. A standard Windows API error code indicates failure.

OS Versions: Windows CE 2.10 and later.
Header: Fsdmgr.h.
