The blind carbon copy (Bcc) addresses are returned as US-ASCII characters, and the addresses are separated by commas. All non-US-ASCII characters are returned encoded as defined in RFC 1522. To access the Bcc addresses as Unicode characters, use the urn:schemas:httpmail:bcc field.
