ITask::put_ReminderSet

Send Feedback

The ReminderSet property gets or sets whether the user wants to be reminded of a task. The default for this is the current setting for the Tasks application.

To set the value of the ReminderSet property, call the property method described here.

To get the value of the ReminderSet property, see the ITask::get_ReminderSet property method.

Syntax

HRESULT put_ReminderSet(
  VARIANT BOOL fReminderSet
);

Parameters

  • fReminderSet
    [in] Reference to the Boolean flag.

Return Values

This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:

  • S_OK
    The method completed successfully.

Remarks

When the user marks a Task as Complete (PIMPR_COMPLETE) and then saves it, the remider flag is automatically cleared internally, even though the Task's ReminderSet property might still be TRUE when the user saves the Task.
