Database Macros

The following table shows the database macros with a description of the purpose of each.

Programming element Description
CHECK_INVALIDGUID This macro checks if a CEGUID is equal to the result of CREATE_INVALIDGUID.
CHECK_SYSTEMGUID This macro checks a CEGUID to determine if it identifies the object store database volume.
CREATE_INVALIDGUID This macro creates a CEGUID that does not identify any database volume.
CREATE_SYSTEMGUID This macro creates a CEGUID that identifies the object store database volume.
TypeFromPropID This macro extracts the low order bytes, which contain the type identifier, from a property identifier.
