Using Ink on the Web

Overview of using ink on the Web.

Microsoft® Windows® XP Tablet PC Edition Software Development Kit (SDK) version 1.7 allows you to create ink-enabled web applications, so that a user on a Tablet PC with an internet connection could easily access remote applications. There are two basic techniques for accomplishing this: one is no-touch deployment, which allows .NET applications to be deployed from a Web server, and the other is to create ink-enabled Web pages with controls. Both of these techniques raise security issues, and so security and trust for Tablet PC applications is discussed as well.
