Remarks

Each Product Knowledge article is made of content from two sources. The Vendor knowledge is content added by the author of the Management Pack. Vendor knowledge is distributed and deployed as part of the Management Pack. Company knowledge describes the notes and comments MOM users add to the copy of the Management Pack in the MOM database. Company knowledge can be archived and distributed by exporting the Management Pack from the MOM database to a file.
