NewPackets Event [InkPicture Control]

Occurs when the InkPicture control receives packets.

Remarks

The InkPicture control receives packets while an IInkStrokeDisp object is being collected. Packet events occur rapidly, and a NewPackets event handler must be fast or performance suffers.
