IWMSPublishingPoint::get_IsDistributionPasswordSet
The get_IsDistributionPasswordSet property retrieves a VARIANT_BOOL that indicates whether the password that is returned in response to an authentication challenge during server-to-server distribution is set.
Syntax
HRESULT get_IsDistributionPasswordSet( VARIANT_BOOL* pVal );
Parameters
pVal
[out] Pointer to a VARIANT_BOOL that indicates whether the password is set.
Return Values
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an HRESULT error code.
Return code | Number | Description |
E_POINTER | 0x80004003 | Indicates that pVal is a NULL pointer argument. |
NS_E_PUBLISHING_POINT_REMOVED | 0xC00D145AL | Indicates that the publishing point was already removed. |
Remarks
Indicates whether the password used to authenticate server-to-server distribution is set. The default value is a zero-length string.
