Contents of FORE_COLOR and BACK_COLOR

Both FORE_COLOR and BACK_COLOR are 4-byte integers. The high byte is always zero. The lower 3 bytes, from least-significant to most-significant byte, determine the amount of red, green, and blue, respectively. The red, green, and blue are represented by a number between 0 and 255.
