The capDriverConnect macro connects a capture window to a capture driver. You can use this macro or explicitly send the WM_CAP_DRIVER_CONNECT message.

  hwnd,  
  iIndex 
);

Parameters

hwnd

Handle to a capture window.

iIndex

Index of the capture driver. The index can range from 0 through 9.

Return Values

Returns TRUE if successful or FALSE if the specified capture driver cannot be connected to the capture window.

Remarks

Connecting a capture driver to a capture window automatically disconnects any previously connected capture driver.

**  Windows NT/2000/XP:** Included in Windows NT 3.1 and later.
**  Windows 95/98/Me:** Included in Windows 95 and later.
**  Header:** Declared in Vfw.h.
