Deprecated. The IMessengerGroups interface provides methods and properties to handle groups of users.
IMessengerGroups Members
_NewEnum Enumerates the MessengerGroup objects in a collection. Count Retrieves the number of groups. Item Retrieves a specific MessengerGroup object by numeric index. Remove Removes a MessengerGroup object from a collection.

Important IMessengerGroups is no longer available in Windows Vista. See Windows Messenger for more information.
