Gets the index of an alternate annotation form.

Annotation forms include glyphs placed in open or solid circles, squares, parentheses, diamonds, or rounded boxes.
If the value of AnnotationAlternates is greater than 0 and the selected font does not support annotation alternates, the default form of the letter is displayed.
