Edit Classes Dialog Box (Visual Studio Report Designer)
Use the Edit Classes dialog box to update the Classes property for the report. You can add classes from a custom assembly to a report. Add classes only for instance-based members. Do not specify static members in the Classes list.
You can add classes through the Properties window or through the Report Properties - References Tab (Visual Studio Report Designer) tab of the Report Properties Dialog Box - General Tab (Visual Studio Report Designer) dialog box.
Options
- Class name
Type the name of the class.
- Instance name
Type a name for the instance of the class.
