ExcelLocale1033Attribute Class (2007 System)

Specifies whether to pass the locale ID (LCID) 1033 to Microsoft Office Excel for all culture-sensitive calls to the Excel object model, regardless of the locale settings defined for the computer.

LCID 1033 is English (United States). All data that is formatted differently in different cultures, such as dates and currency, must use United States formatting when it is passed using this LCID.
