Error getting information on languages supported by online search providers.
This error generally occurs when you attempt to select a language from the Online topic language list found on Help, Environment, Options Dialog Box, but cannot access online services.
To correct this error
Verify that you have an active Internet connection.
If you use a proxy server, verify that the proxy server is configured correctly.
Select the Online topic language drop-down again.
