This error appears when a plug-in from a company other than Microsoft operates in an unexpected manner and does not return a meaningful error message about the problem. This error message provides the name of the plug-in, the name of the process-template task that the wizard was trying to perform, and the name of the group in which you can find the task in the process template.
To correct this error if you are working from the version of Team Explorer for Visual Studio Team System 2008
Contact the developer or vendor that provided the plug-in.
If the problem persists, reinstall the plug-in.
