Error: The Web Server Could Not Find the Requested Resource
If you install URLScan, you may encounter this error if you don't configure the urlscan.ini configuration file properly. For more information, see HOW TO: Configure URLScan to Protect ASP.NET Applications.
If your application is running on IIS 6.0 on Windows Server 2003, you do not need to run the IIS Lockdown tool because IIS 6.0 provides the same functionality.
You may decide not to install URLScan, since most of its functionality is also provided by IIS 6.0.
