Viewing, Exporting, and Printing Reports

[This topic is pre-release documentation and is subject to change in future releases. Blank topics are included as placeholders.]

After you create a report and publish it, you can run it on demand from a report server or a SharePoint library, or subscribe to it for e-mail delivery. You can continue to work with the report after it has been published by exporting it as a different file type, such as PDF or Excel. You might want to print out copies of the report for your records or to share with individuals who do not have access to the report server or library. And, at some point, you might want to archive old reports by saving them to the report server database.

In this section, you can learn more about how to find and view reports saved to the report server or library, export reports as other file types, print reports, and save reports.
