Integration Services Information Worker InfoCenter

In Microsoft Integration Services, a knowledge worker fulfills the traditional "domain expert" role in business intelligence—someone who understands the data employed by a solution and is able to translate the data into business information. Often, the knowledge worker is the one analyzing the business to identify problems, opportunities, or project characteristics. The variety in expertise offered by a knowledge worker results in job titles such as Report Consumer (Business Analyst), Report Consumer (Manager), Technical Trainer, Help Desk/Operation, or Network Administrator.

To help the knowledge worker be as effective as possible, the following lists provide links to topics concerning the design, creation, and configuration of Integration Services packages.
