Initializes a new instance of the Font class with an existing device and font description.

device
Type: Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DirectX.Direct3D.Device
A Device to associate with the font object.

description
Type: Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DirectX.Direct3D.FontDescription
A FontDescription structure.
