Handles the asynchronous event that occurs after a file is renamed; that is "moved" within a document library.

Remarks
Note
This method is misnamed. It does not handle a file movement across document libraries, regardless of whether the movement is done programmatically or through the SharePoint user interface.
Before and After properties are guaranteed for postback events on documents, but Before properties are not available for postback events on list items.
