Protected Overridable Sub RaisePostDataChangedEvent ()
The RaisePostDataChangedEvent method is a helper method used by the HiddenField class to notify the ASP.NET application that the state of the HiddenField control has changed.
This method can be overridden in a derived class to raise change events when it posts back to the server.
