XmlSerializationReader.CollapseWhitespace Method

This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Removes all occurrences of white space characters from the beginning and end of the specified string.

Parameters

  • value
    Type: System.String
    The string that has its white space trimmed.

Return Value

Type: System.String
The trimmed string.

Remarks

The protected members of XmlSerializationReader are intended for use only by derived classes that are used internally within the Silverlight XML serialization infrastructure.
