GetFullNameFromLogin(Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPGlobalAdmin, String) Method

The GetFullNameFromLogin method of the SPUtility class returns the display name of the user on a server or server farm with the specified user name.

Parameters

globalAdmin   A Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPGlobalAdmin object that represents global administrative settings for the server or server farm.

loginName   A string that contains the user name of the user.

Return Value

A string that contains the display name of the user.
