EnableAssignedToEmail Property

The EnableAssignedToEmail property of the SPIssueList class gets or sets a Boolean value that specifies whether to send an e-mail alert when an item in the issues list is assigned to a user and the item changes.

true if assigned-to e-mail is enabled; otherwise, false.
