How to: Install Business Intelligence Tools

With the Speech Server Business Intelligence Tools, customers with high call volumes can manage and report on their data.
Business Intelligence Tools are essentially Microsoft SQL??Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages that you can use to:
- Migrate previously generated reports database data to a Speech Server Speech Log Analyzer database.
- Migrate data from a Speech Server Speech Log Analyzer database to a data warehouse database.
- Build an Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) cube from a data warehouse and run basic (RDL files) from the OLAP data.
The Business Intelligence Tools are installed with a separate installer program. You do not need Speech Server installed to install the Business Intelligence Tools.
To install the Business Intelligence Tools
Go to the Business Intelligence Tools folder, which is located under the root folder on the Speech Server DVD.
Double-click the proper Microsoft Installer (.msi) for your computer to start the Business Intelligence Tools installation wizard:
- If you are installing on a 32-bit computer, double-click Setup32.msi.
- If you are installing on a 64-bit computer, double-click Setup64.msi.
