IInkStrokeDisp::Transform

Applies a linear transformation to an IInkStrokeDisp object. This linear transformation can represent scaling, rotation, translation, and combinations of transformations.

Syntax

HRESULT Transform (
  [in] IInkTransform* mInkTransform,
  [in, optional, defaultvalue(0)] VARIANT_BOOL ApplyOnPenWidth
);

Parameters

  • mInkTransform
    The transform to use on the stroke. This is an IInkTransform object, which correlates to the XFORM structure. The transformation applies to the points, and to the pen width if ApplyOnPenWidth is TRUE.
  • ApplyOnPenWidth
    The BOOLEAN value that determines whether to apply the transform to the width of the ink in the IInkDrawingAttributes of the stroke. The default is FALSE.

Return Value

  • S_OK
    Success.
  • E_POINTER
    A parameter contained an invalid pointer.
  • E_INVALIDARG
    Invalid argument.
  • E_INK_EXCEPTION
    An exception occurred inside the method.
  • E_UNEXPECTED
    Unexpected parameter or property type.
