OnButtonDown Method

Adds class handling for an unhandled ButtonDownEvent attached event when that event reaches, by way of its route, an element that is derived from the UIElement class.

Remarks
This method has no default implementation. Because an intermediate class in the inheritance might implement this method, you should call the base implementation in your own implementation.
