Registering for AutoPlay Events

You can register your applications for AutoPlay, so that when a disc is inserted into a Blu-ray or HD-DVD drive on the user's PC, the user can choose to launch your application to play the disc. The AutoPlay integration point does not have a visual representation within the Windows Media Center UI.

The following categories register an application for AutoPlay events:

• AutoPlay\Blu-ray
• AutoPlay\HD DVD
